KGP Photography caught this wicked one-off Dodge Ram as it left Chrysler's test track, looking as if it was out searching for a Ford Raptor to slap.
Emblazoned with a "Powerwagon" badge on its tail-end, this Ram was clearly immensely powerful and made hair-raising sounds to go with its concept truck looks. The bed and cab configuration is like nothing in the current Ram lineup.
The prototype was out running with a Jeep JT pickup matching the 2007 concept vehicle, right down to its band-aid brown color. This Ram clearly has several cues from the current-generation Ram, telling us it's something much more current--or "future."
After an internet search through numerous auto show archives, we've seen nothing like this Ram on the circuit, but of course, we invite you to chime in if anyone has seen it making the rounds.

This truck is probably one of the truck-load of "Moparized" vehicles to be shown at the 44th annual Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah which takes place from March 27 through April 4. “This sketch shows the Ram PowerWagon: the full-size pickup truck of choice in a range of off-road situations.”
