Frank “Duc-Man” of Germany sent this photo (taken by a co-worker who wishes to remain nameless); the car was created from a top-of-the-line Dodge Monaco, which sat at the top of the Dodge lineup; the later Royal Monaco model was on Hill Street Blues’ opening titles. This car is a mystery; it was parked at a repair shop by the Opel gates, and has since disappeared from view.
