The Mystery Monaco
Frank “Duc-Man” of Germany sent this photo (taken by a co-worker who wishes to remain nameless); the car was clearly created from a top-of-the-line Dodge Monaco, which sat for many years at the top of the Dodge lineup (the Royal Monaco model is known well to Hill Street Blues fans, as the car that appears in the first moments of the opening titles). The car is a mystery; it was parked at a repair shop by the Opel gates, and has since disappeared from view.
