91 Dodge Daytona ES with 3.0 V-6 and 4-sd auto for sale in Little Rock, AR. $500 obo. The odometer stopped working at 133, 900 miles, I estimate around 150,000 miles on it.
I will soon be getting another car and wanted to see if anyone had any interest in this car before I just salvage it. The car is black with silver GFX and now has 16" Pumper wheels from a TurboZ on it.

Main Good Points:
The body has no rust and only one minor dent and some door dings, side spoiler piece is loose on passenger side.
The engine has recently had heads redone, timming belt, etc and runs great and burns no oil.
The transmission was a upgraded factory reman unit installed about 8 years ago and maintained and only the correct Dodge fluid used in it. It works great with no leaks.
Suspension is very tight and steering rack & tie-rods have been replaced.
The interior is black and in excellent condition-it only needs a new headliner. The material in the wear area of the driver's seat is thin, but no tears, holes, or rips in upholstory.

Main Bad Points
Needs a paint job-the clear coat is peeling off and it has numerous scratches in the paint.
The AC system needs compressor & rebuilding.
It needs a replacement dash board bezzel that holds the turn signal, lights, and wiper controls.
The gauges don't work right at times, the oil pressure gauge does not work even with new sending units.
It has electronic control issues with the transmission computer defaulting it to 2nd gear when the weather changes, and possible body controller issues with the gauges and pop-up headlights. I think most of the issues might be fixed by new transmission controller and new body control computer.

Basically, I don't want to spend the money needed anymore to bring this car back into great shape. It still runs and handles very, very well when it's control issues let it. The pumper wheels on it are alone are worth more than a salvage yard will likely give me for it. I can provide more details the car, it's problems and condition, past repairs, etc. if interested.

Sorry, I don't have any digital pictures of it I can send or post, and I don't have a digital camera.
The car runs great, it would make it just about anywhere-Except that the transmission controller would go into default and lock you into second gear only, which would make for a very long & slow trip.....I wouldn't try it with it having this problem.

If you are seriously interested, I can try to get some pictures of it I can send. It was a very good looking car back when it still had a good finish.

Pics would help me make up my mind, for certain.
I am looking for something fixable that will be cheaper to operate after it's done than my truck (which I also don't want to wear out with in-town stop-and-go commuting, like I've been doing the last 3 months), and Little Rock is closer than New York or New Orleans (also I'm less worried about rust, flood damage, etc.).
