No it won't mess up the MAP or anything like that. You shouldn't even trip an O2 code as long as that is retained. Only issue is your local inspection laws.

I'd pour in Mobil 1 Synthetic until its full. The stuff is amazing.
My '89 LeBarons, 2.2L and 2.5L auto, run cooler, starts easier, are quieter all round and I'm sure it is keeping my exhaust cleaner.
