Codes 11 And 43 With Hot Relays?

If you were a registered user, you would not be seeing this!

97 ZJ 4.0 with the great stalling, no start problem. so after months of problems with this I have replaced:

CKP(2x)
distributor
plug wires
plugs
IAC
MAP
O2
ignition pickup and reset to TDC
fuel pump & regulator, filters (2x)
disty cap & rotor
battery(2x)
alternator

And probably a myriad of other things I'm sure I've forgotten about.
Still there is a stalling problem. Today is the first time I got a CEL with code 11 on it using key on/off 3 times, since I do not have an OBDII reader. I would have expected that to happen before I replaced the CKP, not after.

Anyway the Jeep finally starts when the far left PCM harness is moved, and when the engine is cool, it attempts to stall, especially if the connector is moved, or in particular straight up. After the vehicle has warmed up for a good 10 minutes or so, the Jeep will not respond to wiggling the harness, but seems to go into an open loop mode. I can also surmise that there may be a solder joint in the PCM that is open when cold, or perhaps a slight in the mounted circuit board. Unfortunately this is impossible to confirm since I cannot remove the circuitry from the PCM.

One of the commons here is that on the bottom row of that one connector there is a green/orange wire that also serves as the grand for many engine components including the injectors and coil. The other common is that the ASD and fuel pump relays be come so hot that you can barely touch them. I find this odd.

And then when you shut the engine down, let it cool, then attempt to restart after pulling the negative cable from the battery, the Jeep will not start again until the connector is wiggled.

Does anyone have any idea what I should be looking for? I feel there must be a problem with the green/orange ground wire from the PCM, but it is connected very well every where I trace it.

The Jeep has been down all week this time, and I really need to get her back on the road. The wife is tired of the double duty we are pulling on her Mitsu.

Thanks for any help on this.
