Question about the weather stripping Glued, clipped or what ? Rate Topic: -----

Got a quick question about how the primary weather stripping that runs around the door perimeter is attached. specifically on the caliber but I would assume the others are the same.

the weather stripping, is it attached to the door with glue/cement, push in clips/pins into holes in the door or does it sit in a channel that is stamped/built into the door shell.

Got an idea for making a dual layer seal on an older car and would really appreciate someone who knows or could check it out to tell me how it is attached.
