1990 1/2 4X4 Manual Transmission ECU questions?

If you were a registered user, you would not be seeing this!

My truck has smoked the ECU, melted right thru the backside. This I'm pretty sure is not rebuildable, where do I find one? Kind of an odd duck it seems, with only 1 year application for the truck and ramcharger. Is there something I can do to another ECU of another year to make it work with my truck? Or does anyone know of a parts source that I am not finding for a 1990 Dodge D(not W anyway)150 with 4X4 and a 4spd. MT.? I'm getting real close to putting a carb back on it, it seems.

Thanks for any help!!
