Well just bought a used 2016 Chrysler 300 and the interior trunk lights are not working. Bulbs look good, can't tell which fuse controls these lights, does anybody know which fuse it is??

Welcome to Allpar. I believe that Fuse # 38 in the PDC controls the cargo lamp and analog clock. If the analog clock works, the fuse is probably OK.
The decklid release switch tells the instrument cluster (CCN) that the decklid is open and the CCN operates the lamp?
Does your owners manual list fuses and their functions?
I'm going by a 2009 LX service manual.
