I have a 99 GC ES 3.8L 200,000 miles and Check Engine is on. I've got a code P1294 Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering. Previously I was having an EGR code. I replaced the EGR and after a few days it begins to throw this code. The only research I have been able to find is a possible vacuum leak or a bad Idle Air control solenoid.
Anyone had this error before?

P1xxx codes are manufacturer specific and only original definitions should be used. Apparently in the aftermarket they attempt to substitute generic descriptions. For Chrysler, P1294 means "Target idle not reached".
