Yes, but is the lower control arm the same means of attaching as the earlier B bodies, I can't remember, been a while, which if they are the same size penta/hex (can't remember that, either, changing them to the old style would be possible, or, if different, will the lower control arm accept the older lower control arms? This fixes the end dimension problem, then just weld the rear torsion boxes into the unitbody construction underneath, and then you can change the dimensional size and ride height adjustability.

Not having an F-M-J handy (or even a FSM); I believe that the T bar hex sockets face towards the front with the other T bar vehicles facing back.

Yeah, they do point forward.  The do double-duty as strut rods too if I remember right, and a lot of F/J/M hopup projects include adding real strut rods to take the stress off of the torsion bars.

I'm wondering how hard it would be to put a B-body or A-body front subframe into an F...  It'd also require grabbing the rear torsion bar mount, but the width shouldn't be too bad for either.

I guess I should look up dimensions for the four mount points on the Quiet Ride B-body bushings versus the F...

No idea how hard, but it has been done - one was in a magazine long time back with B body torsion bar suspension transplanted in.  I don't know how much was changed.  I suppose swapping lower control arms and adding a rear t-bar mount might work.
