We bought this in 2007, a picture from the dealer:

In five years of ownership, the only repairs that weren't routine maintenance were valve cover gaskets, multi-function switch, battery tray/vacuum reservoir and the driver's power window failing. Other notable repairs include damage from a tire blow-out, finally replaced the rotors a couple weeks ago since they recently warped, and that's it!

Just had to share my baby rolling over 100k!

We've decided it's time for an upgrade, so I stopped at the car dealer we frequent this afternoon (not a Dodge dealer, an independent all-makes dealer) and put them on the lookout for a 2011 model Grand Caravan Crew. Seems that the '11 models are getting good reviews and few problems have surfaced, and the styling is much better in my opinion. Looking forward to the horsepower and six speed!

Congrats!

But you hardly drove it!  Only 43K in 5 years.  But that's okay.

Nothing against the new models, but I much prefer the style of the Gen III ('96-'00) models than the new ones even though they could be a pain to work on (tight engine bay).

We got our 97 about 10 years ago with ~96K miles (or maybe it was a tick over 100K miles).  Now at 221K miles.  Maybe time to step up to yours :)

Oh, we aren't selling this one... it's going to be mine now instead of hers! Father in law has around 220k on his and it still drives as good as ours so we plan to keep it for a while yet. If/when it's for sale I'll let ya know!

I just went over 40K on my '02 PT Cruiser, my other one was at 107K when I gave it to my daughter, and my '95 Dakota had 225K on the 4cylinder before I had the electrical short/fire, and replaced the crashed 3.9 with 148K into her. Nothing like the documented 586,000 miles on the 68 Charger I returned to the original owner to restore.

Awesome, enjoy the new (and old) van.  The only cars I have under 100k is the 1981 Mirada - 32k miles (verified) in 31 years and the 88 Gran Fury (90k).  Nothing I have is real high mileage, 300c is 110k, Dakota is 125k.  The old 1999 minivan a relative now has is going strong around 160k.  I think I'd kept it if I knew I was getting a 95 lb dog.  The 225k Dakota I sold still lives across the street and is driven daily.
