It's been a Looong time since anyone from the club has posted. We are alive, well, and growing.
Our next all MOPAR show in Inverness, FL is March 16, 2013. Details posted below. We now do a second show at our sponsor's dealership in Brooksville, FL. This one is open to all makes and models. We held it in May, and had a very nice turnout for a first time event. Plans are to move it to November for 2013. Info will be posted here as well when all the details are ironed out.
Last year we took over running a monthly cruise-in called "Friday Night Thunder' that is sponsored by the city of Inverness. The exposure for the club is great, plus it's a lot of fun to do.
We have also gotten together with an informal agreement with the Nature Coast Mustang club, which is located in Inverness also, to supply personel to help judge each others car shows. This is working out pretty well, and makes the judging far more objective, and stopped any gripes about club members being favored for trophies.
