Are these trouble codes related to the Trans. control Module?

Should I replace with a junk yard same model or new one?

That I cannot answer. With a junkyard pull, you don't know if it has the same problem.

you can get a junk yard tcm but it's a gamble like stratuscaster said, but yes look for the same year or newer and if your going to go that route get a tcm with autostick that way you can do the convertion later on if you wish.

Installed same type oem number tcm but still get trouble code PO740-Torque Converter Clutch Malfunction.
What should i do next other than dynamite.
