The recently posted image of a possible new Dodge badge (see JackRatchett’s “New Charger, logo rendering” on Allpar.com) is raising questions about use of the use, or lack of use, of new Dodge brandmarks on upcoming 2011 vehicles like the Challenger and Durango.
A quick check of filings at the U.S. Patent and Trademarks Office does not show a new filing for a Dodge trademark.
Thanks to the guys at Moparts.com for the photo of the Challenger and thanks to “Ed” for the tip!
