The new Duster

There is a new Duster coming to the streets. It won’t be a Plymouth, it won’t be a car and those streets won’t be anywhere near here, but it will have the name of the sporty two-door based on the Valiant.

The new Duster is a crossover developed by Automobile Dacia, Renault’s Romanian subsidiary. It’s built in Mioveni, Romania, on a special version of the same Nissan B platform used for the Cube and Juke models sold in the U.S.

Wearing either a Renault or Dacia badge, the Duster will be sold in some European markets, Ukraine, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt and some African countries. Renault Duster will also be manufactured in Brazil and Colombia for the South American market.
