Twenty-eight Fiat and Chrysler Group executives will report to Coda. Those with additional roles, like Chrysler-Lancia boss Saad Chehab, will report to Coda for European activities and to Sergio Marchionne for North America.
Coda also announced that Fiat has shut down its international division. Lorenzo Sistino, previously head of the division, is now sales chief for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Fiat bosses in Russia, Turkey and Serbia will report directly to Coda.
As reported earlier, Sistino will retain his post as CEO of Fiat Professional.
