Gluckman retiring as Chrysler’s top litigator

Kenneth I. Gluckman, Chrysler’s Vice President and Associate General Counsel, is retiring after a 30-year career with the company. Louann Van Der Wiele has been appointed as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Product Litigation and Regulation to replace Mr. Gluckman. As Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Van Der Wiele becomes Chrysler’s lead attorney in litigation involving product liability issues.
