Cerberus to buy the rest of Chrysler from Daimler: no longer a rumor September 24th, 2008 by DaveAdmin
According to Reuters, as quoted in Automotive News, Cerberus is planning to buy the remaining 19.9% of Chrysler from Daimler. The deal could be finalized by the end of October, and would be a strong vote of confidence in Chrysler’s future. Daimler spokesman Han Tjan has confirmed that Daimler is talking with Cerberus about selling its remaining stake in Chrysler. Share
