Dodge hits top ten in Rock & Roll 400 NASCAR race
Chevrolet won a decisive victory in the Rock & Roll 400, followed closely by Toyota. Jimmie Johnson’s Chevrolet took first place, and other Chevys took fourth through eighth. Toyota took second, third, and ninth place; the top Dodge (driven by Kurt Busch) was at #10, beating the top Ford, at #13. All 43 cars entered were still running at the end of the race, though the last place Toyota only ran 335 of the 400 laps.
Toyota’s Kyle Busch is currently points leader, followed closely by Carl Edwards from Ford and Jimmie Johnson from Chevrolet. The top Dodge runner in points is Kasey Kahne, sponsored by Budweiser, lagging around 800 points behind Busch, who has a comfortable 200-point lead over Carl Edwards.
