Chrysler Canada polishes up Jeep Patriot and Compass

In Canada, the Jeep Patriot and Compass boast best-in-class fuel economy of 40 (Imperial) mpg (8.9 L/100 km city 7.1 L/100 km highway) and starting prices of less than $17,000 for Patriot and less than $18,000 for Compass. As in the US, they feature a redesigned instrument panel, door trim panels and centre console with split lid for added storage space. The new panel features a smoother look while chrome accents brighten the new round heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) vents, shift bezel, door spears and cluster rings. The centre console and door trim panels feature padded armrest while cup holders are now illuminated. Sound insulation and tuning improvements cut noise, and suspension tuning smoothed out the ride.

Jeep Patriot and Compass combined sales in Canada increased 72% during the first ten months of the year.
