Ram and Liberty get top ratings for owner satisfaction

The new Dodge Ram pickup and Jeep Liberty received top ratings in AutoPacific’s 2009 Vehicle Satisfaction Award study. The Ram beat the Ford F-150 in the Large Pickup standings and the Liberty won the Mid-Size SUV category.

Doug Betts, Chrysler Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, said, The opinions of our owners are what really matter, so this is a great win for our all-new Dodge Ram and Jeep Liberty. This award confirms that we are making significant changes and improvements in vehicle quality that are being recognized by our customers.”
