Viper sticks with Chrysler; Kenosha may go to Fiat June 1st, 2009 by DaveAdmin
Joe in Harrisburg pointed out that the Viper assets will be acquired by Chrysler Group; and a Fiat subsidiary may acquire the Kenosha plant through a separate 363 sale through an offer option that is good through July 31, 2009. See pages 115 and 116 of the linked PDF.
