Wycoff parts manager turns termination into opportunity

Jeff Poole spent 15 years as the parts manager at Wyckoff Chrysler in New Jersey. During his tenure, he set up a successful website for the dealership. When Wyckoff became one of the casualties in the recent Chrysler purge, Poole, like many people who were swept aside, faced an uncertain future.

Poole decided to take charge of his own destiny. After purchasing the website from the dealership’s owner, he set up a supply system with another Chrysler dealer and launched an online store, Wyckoff’s Auto Parts and Accessories. Poole made a good connection; his supplier handles 18 automotive lines, so Poole’s business has even more opportunities to grow.
