Allpar Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep News


Mopar, all three brands reorganized

As part of the continuing transformation of Chrysler’s management structure, each of the major brand groupings has been reorganized.

At Mopar Service, Parts, and Customer Care, led by Pietro Gorlier:

  • James Sassorossi is in charge of parts
  • Aldo Pallisco is responsible for parts supply chain management and distribution
  • Albert Motta is in charge of service operations, including tech support and warranty.
  • Michael Ross is in charge of service contracts (creation, pricing, etc.)
  • S. Brad Yocca is in charge of service engineering, including service quality and designing products to be serviced more easily
  • Ronald Horne is in charge of fleet tech advice and service programs
  • Paul Alcala is in charge of customer care and the call center.

Within Chrysler (the brand):

  • Timothy Kuniskis is in charge of marketing for Sebring, PT Cruiser, and A/B cars, including pricing, product requirements, and profit planning.
  • Saad Chehab is in charge of brand image and positioning, accessories, merchandising, and owner clubs.
  • Alistair Gardner is in charge of demand planning and forecasting, inventory planning, product mix analysis and incentives analysis.
  • Steve Beahm is in charge of sales operations.
  • Jeffrey Strickland runs Field Operations for Sales, including wholesale and retail planning, coordination of incentives and the Dealer Advertising Associations (DAA); he will function as Service & Parts liaison.
  • Alistair Gardner is in charge of sales planning and incentives, variable marketing program development, and regional incentive process.
  • Jason Stoicevich will be responsible for Business Center coordination of national and brand alliances, affinity program management and co-op advertising and regional funds.
  • Freda Bane-Prastitis has been appointed Head of Dealer Relations.
  • Howard Katz was appointed Head of Small Business Sales (commercial vehicles and BusinessLink).
  • Lisa Way has been appointed Head of Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales (CPOV), be responsible for late-model used vehicle certification, 125-point inspection process, warranty, and internet and point-of-sale dealer support.

Over at Dodge:

  • Mario D’Ovidio will be responsible for the Caliber and Avenger (and future small car) product positioning, pricing, marketing programs, brand product requirements and profit planning.
  • Mark Mallie will be responsible for the Charger and Challenger product positioning, pricing, marketing programs, brand product requirements and profit planning.
  • Mark Heber will be responsible for the Ram.
  • Joseph Benson will be responsible for Commercial Vehicles.
  • Fredric DePerez was appointed Head of Dodge Product Marketing – MPV (Nitro, Caravan and Journey).
  • Mark Spencer was appointed Head of Dodge Brand Communications (communicating the brand image, brand positioning, brand analysis, brand accessories, merchandising and owner clubs).
  • Jeffrey Hines will be responsible for forecasting, marketing mix and product optimization and incentives analysis.
  • Jamie Noll has been appointed Head of Marketing – Promotions.
  • Susan Thomson was appointed Head of Marketing – Prospecting including owner loyalty plans and tactics, models, and social media.
  • Chuck Sullivan has been appointed Head of Marketing – Delivery, responsible for online media, brand websites, etc..
  • Phillip Bockhorn was appointed Head of Marketing – Experiences, including event plans and tactics, auto show displays, fleet management and transportation, and consumer events.
  • John Millar was appointed Head of Jeep® Marketing Integration, to work with the Jeep CEO to synthesize brand objectives, creative development, lead generations and events. (This is due to the overlap of products with Jeep.)

Finally, at Jeep:

  • Robert Hegbloom isHead of Jeep Product Marketing – Grand Cherokee and Commander, responsible for product positioning, pricing, marketing programs and promotions, brand product requirements and profit planning.
  • Chris Ellis is Head of Jeep Product Marketing – Wrangler and Liberty.
  • Kimberly Adams House is Head of Jeep Product Marketing – Compass and Patriot. She will also serve in an interim capacity as Jeep Brand Communications, responsible for Jeep Brand image, positioning, analysis, accessories, merchandising and owner clubs.
  • Anant Kamat has been appointed Head of Jeep Marketing Mix and Product Optimization. Mr. Kamat will be responsible for demand planning and forecasting, inventory planning, product mix analysis and incentives analysis.
