Dealerships lose reinstatement suit September 1st, 2009 by DaveAdmin
The eleven dealers who sued to have their franchises reinstated on the basis that state franchise laws had precedence over the federal bankruptcy law have had their suit dismissed by Judge Arthur Gonzalez. Share
