Bob Stone, firefighter, photographer, suffers fatal heart attack

Robert Paul “Bob” Stone of Douglassville, Pennsylvania passed away Wednesday, November 4, following a cardiac emergency suffered after returning from a call with the Amity (PA) Fire Department. Bob, who served as the department’s photographer, was 48.

Bob was best known to Mopar fans as an avid photographer of muscle cars and hot rods and was often seen at car shows including the annual Carlisle show. His work was published in numerous enthusiast magazines.

Bob is survived by his mother, one brother and one sister. Funeral services with Fireman’s Honors will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home, Inc. 955 N. Charlotte Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania.
