Lancia Voyager caught on-road
The intrepid photographers at http://www.HighHorsepowerPhotography.com/ have caught the Lancia Voyager being road-tested in the Detroit area.
The common-rail diesel-powered minivan carries forward its European powertrain from 2010, apparently with few if any changes; Lancia’s press site (Italian language only) lists power at 163 hp and 360 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque, with 8.4 l/100km combined gas mileage. The 2010 models were rated at 25 mpg city, 32 highway according to English standard measurements (converted from Imperial 30/39 mpg), or 7.2 l/100km highway, 9.4 l/100km urban. 0-62.5 mph sprints with the diesel take around 12.8 seconds.
The van may be sold as the Chrysler Voyager and other markets, if any, where the European van is sold but Lancia is less popular than Chrysler.
