Chrysler Delta coming soon

The new Delta will be at your Chrysler dealer soon – as long as your Chrysler dealer is in the United Kingdom or Ireland. The Delta is the latest result of the merging of Chrysler Group and Fiat Auto Group vehicles, being a Lancia Delta with some new badges.

Under CEO Sergio Marchionne’s new international distribution structure, Lancia products sold in the United Kingdom and Ireland will be badged as Chrysler; the Lancia badge will be worn in the continental European countries.

The Delta is the top-line vehicle in the premium Lancia line and comes equipped with extras like automatic climate control and has options such as “magic parking” that can let the driver know if a particular parking space is suitable for the Delta.

Olivier Francois, CEO of the Chrysler and Lancia brands, introduced the Chrysler Delta at the 2011 Geneva Auto Show, saying, “Let’s start to see luxury not as a privilege but as a right,”
