Mopars at the Strip, an annual, three-day motor sports extravaganza in Las Vegas, Nevada, today announced its 2014 event would be held April 11-13 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. MATS has grown over the years to include a multi-class drag racing program, “Pony Car Wars,” a vintage and late-model car show, a swap meet, manufacturer midway, car corral, autocross, off-road poker run, and other competitions. The theme of this year’s event is “The 50th Anniversary of the Hemi®,” honoring the development and legacy of Chrysler® Corporation’s revolutionary Hemi engine design.
