The Dodge Super Bowl ad, reputed to have the first images of the new Dodge Charger, will be 60 seconds, themed “Man’s Last Stand,” and air just before the 2-minute warning in the first half of the game. The Super Bowl airs at 6:25 EST on Sunday on CBS.

Starting with the Grand Cherokee in mid-2010, Chrysler will have a product onslaught unseen since the early 1980s, with at least half the vehicles substantially changed. Plans are to have new versions of the Sebring/Avenger, minivans, Wrangler, Grand Cherokee, Charger, and 300C by January 2011, with likely changes to the Journey as well.

Dodge announced it would use Wieden+Kennedy as its agency of record; the Oregon-based firm created Nike’s “Just Do It” and will take over from BBDO Detroit. Each Chrysler brand now has its own agency, Fallon for Chrysler, Global Hue for Jeep, and Richards Group for Ram. (No agency has been specified for Mopar.)

Chrysler LLC today introduced a new 60-second ad from new agency Fallon, featuring Chrysler’s Airflow, 300, 1968 Charger, Jeep Wagoneer, 1984 minivan, and modern cars.
The “Coming Home” campaign was created in response to requests from dealers, as well as research showing that many are not aware that the Chrysler Group is not bankrupt and has products. [...]
