The federally mandated arbitration process for dealers terminated by Chrysler Group during its bankruptcy has ended with the automaker prevailing in the majority of hearings. Chrysler Group’s termination of Manual Dodge in Richardson, Texas, was upheld in arbitration. The hearing was held in Dallas last week. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Arthur Gonzalez has unsealed the performance score spreadsheets for about 250 former Chrysler dealers fighting their terminations in arbitration. They will also get to see the scores for the retained Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships to which they were compared. Deland Dodge of Deland, Florida became the first dealer to win reinstatement of its franchise after appealing to an independent arbitrator.
