Edmunds.com’s Auto Observer says the average Chrysler Group vehicle is taking five days longer to sell than it did a year ago. For the third consecutive year, Mercedes-Benz dealerships ranked highest in the Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index (PSI).
