Three Chrysler vehicles were among the SUVs earning a “good” rating in rollover testing conducted by the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety. Starting with the Grand Cherokee in mid-2010, Chrysler will have a product onslaught unseen since the early 1980s, with at least half the vehicles substantially changed. Based on fast-feedback data from dealers, Chrysler issued a recall of seven 2010 model year vehicles (Sebring/Avenger, Liberty/Nitro, Ram, Commander/Grand Cherokee) to replace a brake booster input rod retaining clip.
