Salaried employees may lose some benefits

Information from within Auburn Hills indicates that employees are, like creditors, making more unwilling sacrifices.
SERP, SESP, and ESERP plans are protected under bankruptcy law. (SESP is the salaried employee savings plan – 401(k)).
