Chrysler Group has appointed Léo W. Houle, 63, and John B. Lanaway, 60, to its board as independent directors, effective immediately. They will replace Scott M. Stuart and George F.J. Automotive News Europe is reporting that Gianni Coda, COO for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, has announced his management team. Twenty-eight Fiat and Chrysler Group executives will report to Coda. Ford and Toyota veteran Andrea Formica, head of Fiat’s European sales operation, has left Fiat after less than a year on the job.
