Maserati and Ferrari to join Chrysler NAIAS displays

The North American International Auto Show in Detroit will publicly link Fiat’s high-end Ferrari and Maserati brands with Chrysler, by moving the luxury-performance automakers into Chrysler’s display area. The brands have traditionally been next door to other luxury automakers, such as Ford’s Aston Martin, BMW’s Rolls-Royce, Volkswagen’s Bentley, Lamborghini, and Spyker.

Viper here to stay?

The Dodge Viper, only recently posted up for sale, has now been granted a new lease on life, albeit probably not in its current form. Past the 500 cars to be made in this generation’s form, Ralph Gilles said that the Viper had a definite future.
