The California Air Resources Board announced that vehicles with soft plastic windows, such as those in the Jeep Wrangler, will be exempt from new regulations that require thermal-control windows. Chrysler inventories fell during its bankruptcy period, with all factories shut down, but were still high by import standards – and close to GM’s inventories. This data was provided by Automotive News, covers the United States, and was current as of June 1.

Next time someone tells you Chrysler is a loser, hit ‘em with some facts. After four months of sales in the 2009 Calendar year, here’s how the company stacks up:

Mopar Underground launched several new concept Jeeps at the Moab Jeep Safari, which also boasted a co-unveiling of the 2011 Grand Cherokee with the New York Auto Show. Allpar now has photos of the Jeep Wrangler Overland, Grand Canyon II, Lower Forty, and other production-capable concepts which feature currently-available Mopar parts.
