While some automakers have not reported in yet, all the others have declared losses in U.S. sales (November 2008 vs November 2007):

Renault not in discussions with Chrysler

French automaker Renault today told Reuters it was not talking to anyone about buying Chrysler’s Jeep Division from Cerberus Capital Management.
