The National Highway Transport Safety Administration’s Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) is looking into a potential problem with airbag systems installed on 2007-2008 Jeep Wranglers. Among the six largest automakers, Ford recalled the fewest vehicles, 581,000, last year. That was way down from 4.5 million in 2009.
