In 2007, the Supreme Court ruled that the EPA had to determine whether so-called “greenhouse gas” emissions were a threat to health. According to the Detroit News, the EPA has now ruled that gases which have been tied to rising temperatures ”endanger the health and public welfare.” The decision will become final until after a 60-day public-comment period, [...]
