The Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) named the new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 as their choice for the “Full-Size Pickup Truck of Texas.” The Ram beat out full-size pickups from Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Nissan, Honda and Toyota. Trevor M. Creed, Chrysler’s 63-year-old Senior V-P of Design, is retiring at the end of this month. Creed came from Ford in 1985 as Director of Interior Design.
