Toyota, which has already recalled more than 10 million cars and trucks over the past year, is sending notices to owners of 1.53 million Lexus, Avalon and other vehicles. Toyota has suspended sales of the 2010 Lexus GX460 following a report from Consumer Reports that called the luxury SUV a safety risk.
