According to a report in Automotive News, Chrysler is looking for guarantees against any increases in labor costs. The company wants the UAW to promise it won’t seek pay raises or cost-of-living adjustments, among other things, not just for the four-year term of a new agreement but even after the new contract expires in 2015.
