After less than two years, Suzuki wants a divorce. Volkswagen of America is recalling approximately 16,000 2009 Routan minivans to address fire concerns involving latches on the sliding doors. British industry publication just-auto.com is reporting that the supervisory boards of Volkswagen AG and Porsche have approved a merger with of Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Porsche’s vehicle manufacturing operation with Volkswagen.
