If you search for weighted words (recommended)...
- truck will find all posts with keywords that match exactly with "truck"
- truc* will find all posts with keywords that have the substring truc, (like truck, trucks, truculent, etc)
- truck dodge will find all posts that have both "truck" and "dodge"
- you can use * to look for an entire string that matches - truc* dodge will only match things like: truck is dodge, but not dodge truck
