More auto show fun
We went to another show yesterday, this one at the Trenton Elks.

Saw quite a few interesting cars, but first I’d like to harken back to the last show blog I posted; there was a Roadrunner there that I got interior, motor, and detail shots of but neglected to get a full exterior shot! Well, that car was here, so without further ado:

There it is. Now, to move on:
There were some nice oldies there, like this 48 Dodge:

and 41 Plymouth

Not a Mopar, but I dig this view. I can imagine it got quite hot in there though.

the instrument panel looks like it was from a 50s movie spacecraft!

This blue was just too gorgeous to omit:

Two Satellite shots
As Dodge prepares to bring the name back, here’s a classic Challenger:

Moving across the ocean, an Alfa:

Remember when CB radios could be had from the factory?
Remember CB radios? :)

Coming near the end, saving something unusual and something beautiful for the last…
The unusual is a 1962 Hillman Minx:

And lastly, we step out of Mopar and into Pontiac for this gasp-inducing tail end:

Look at those Bullet taillamps! Not to mention the tire cover. The paint sparkled like you wouldn’t believe.

We’ll end with a close up of those taillamps; the detail is just awesome. They must look really nice all lit up.
Hope to catch another show before the season ends…
