The new HEMI is arguably the best top gas engine in this class--one hp less than Toyota, more torque, yet a simpler design, likely with better mileage. If future Chrysler products are as good as the Ram and the minivans, Chrysler ought to recover nicely. I hope a six speed auto, or the dual clutch transmission will soon be offered on the Rams. DSG would clearly surpass anything the competition is offering. Would also like to see a hybrid option on the minivan: before Toyota and Honda do it.
