Let’s do lunch
Today I got the list of people who signed up as Allpar members at Carlisle, and there are 33 registrations, including me, and including a few people who signed up with more than one car. That’s a lot less than last year, but I think a lot of people changed their minds when gas prices soared, the economy soured, tens of thousands of autoworker jobs disappeared, and inflation, if unofficial figures are to be believed, shot up to double digits.

Anyway, I’m going to close down registration for the lunch-and-mug deal later today, and get a count over to Mathilda and Michael so we can order the cake, dogs, burgers, and fixings.
I’m still working on scheduling, and on getting people who want to sell stuff in our vendor area — my main goal in getting a vendor area was to have a big Allpar display, but there’s plenty of room for you to sell your wares if they’re appropriate and you agree to follow the rules. Let me know if you’re interested and maybe we can scratch each others’ backs.
Again, I’m still working on the events schedule, but I’ll post it here. In the meantime, “last call” for the mug-and-lunch deal.
