		<description>I'm also going with the 'tuned for the vehicle' idea.  The Ram has to compete with the Tundra and is already heavy duty enough that you can put a bunch of HP under the hood.  The LX cars are smaller, not as heavy duty, and can still achieve great acceleration with lower HP so the engine was tuned for lower HP.</description>
