A much shorter letter
This one is from Rudy Grein:
Dear Senator McConnell:
Your opposition to the bail out of the Auto Industry is understandable, but unfortunate at the same time. You and your fellow Congressmen and Senators had no problem throwing $700 billion at Wall Street, so they can go out on $300,000 retreat.
Where are your and fellow Republicans’ priorities? Are you for Americans and industry or are you for backing the ultra rich bankers?
Seems to me, that you would want to court the America, since the Democrats have the majority in the House and Senate, you only have 35 months tell the next come around. Will you and your fellow Senators who oppose this measure be responsible for bringing down, not only the Republican party but also the rest of the American economy?
